Job Descriptions:
- Generating charter sales leads (New lead generation through online research, sales calls and personal visits)
- Selling & Coordinating charter flight & FBO
- Creating a dynamic sales strategy
- Weekly reporting on sales pipelines and progress against annual sales plan
- Brokering last minute trips requires after-hour responsiveness
- Provide superior client care and engaging in consistent contact with both current and prospective clients
- Work with brokers to ensure client relationships are maintained and to incorporate a client care program into the sales cycle
- Attend key conferences and trade shows to engage both existing and prospective clients, generating new leads
Qualifications:
- Both men & women are welcome
- English Fluently (Both in Speaking / writing)
- Min 3 – 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in private aviation, luxury goods or travel industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
